This month was a bit blah for me. I am glad that I did get the Skin&Co exfoliator because I LOVE their other truffle therapy products. If you haven’t tried them I highly recommend their toner and serum (I personally don’t have them right now because they’re so expensive).
Ella Eden Eyeshadow in Julia and Belle En Argent lip gloss in Bored Now
?The Tarte foundation was a disappointment because as much as I love Tarte, I’ve received this one before and it doesn’t work well with my dry skin (it’s a lot of hassle to make it look decent and I’m usually in a hurry anyway)
?The Belle en Argent lip gloss looked disappointing at first, but when I put it on I noticed it’s actually really pretty! It has these beautiful pink flecks all over that look so pretty and reflect light (you can barely see them on my swatch but in person you can).
?The Ella Eden eyeshadow single is actually very pretty, but personally I don’t really like singles because they end up cluttering my drawers and I always reach for palettes instead.
?The BDB foundation brush was a big disappointment, not because of the brush being bad quality, but because I absolutely hate using this brush shape on my face – so I will probably give it away.
Overall they’re decent products but most of it is stuff that’s not really useful for me.
I wish I could upgrade to the Glambag+ and see if I like that better, but since I haven’t received an invitation, I’ll probably end up having to cancel my Ipsy subscription.
