I’ve been very overwhelmed by life the past several weeks, and have found it difficult to find the energy and motivation to post about beauty. Just being real with you guys!
I’m sure many feel this same way.
However, sometimes the little things can really make your day brighter.
✔️For instance, the Cover FX monochromatic blush duos.
I got this shade from Ulta’s 50% off sale and, although I’m not ready to post a review, I can say its beauty and intricacy has really brought a smile to my face. I also have it in the shade “Mojave Mauve”, which my dear friend Kim gifted me. Both colours are beautiful. I love how you get the option to use the matte or the shimmery blush depending on your mood. I will certainly add more shades to my collection if it ever goes on sale again.

This is a great basic eyeshadow palette that’s been a staple for many people through the past several years. While (in my opinion) it’s not the best palette that Too Faced makes, it is one of the most iconic ones. If you already have a million basic palettes then you might not need this one, but if you are newer to make up and building your collection I’d definitely recommend it!

In addition to this, don’t forget to use your favourite cash back site to get a few dollars back, too. I like to use Ebates because they automatically pay you every couple of months. The way it works is you simply sign up, go to Ulta (or whatever other retailer) through their site, and then you make your purchase as you normally would.
